True to its upside-down layout, the main living spaces sit on the second floor, where vaulted ceilings and an exposed roofline create a soaring, light-filled kitchen and living area. A run of brass & seeded-glass pendants add warmth to the all-white kitchen, while custom cabinetry and subway tile keep the space classic and functional. Woven rattan counter stools soften the palette with natural texture.

That same easy, coastal mix carries through the adjoining living and dining areas, where a wicker pendant, reclaimed wood table, and slipcovered linen seating create a relaxed gathering spot beneath the eaves, flooded with light from oversized windows.

Downstairs, the whitewashed floors ground a series of light, airy living spaces finished with board-and-batten walls. A hanging rattan swing and a sun-drenched reading nook add a touch of whimsy, while sliding French doors let each room flow easily into the next.
